These Terms govern your use of accurai.ca (the "Site") and any services provided by Accurai ("Accurai", "we", "us"). By using the Site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Our services
Accurai provides AI answer-accuracy testing, knowledge-base readiness and cleanup, chatbot QA, monitoring, and agentic AI safety and readiness reviews. Our reviews are point-in-time assessments based on information provided or approved by the client and on the behaviour of the AI system at the time of testing.
No professional advice
Accurai does not provide legal, medical, financial, immigration, cybersecurity-certification, or other regulated professional advice. Our agentic AI safety review is a practical readiness assessment and is not a substitute for a formal security audit, penetration test, or compliance certification.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for your AI systems and their configuration, and for all final decisions about your customer-facing content, AI tools, and business operations. Implementing our recommendations and the ongoing governance of your AI remain your responsibility.
No warranties
The Site and our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that AI systems will be error-free or that the Site will be uninterrupted or secure.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Accurai will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to Accurai for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Intellectual property
All content on the Site — text, graphics, logos, and design — is owned by Accurai or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or republish it without our written permission. Deliverables provided to clients are governed by the applicable engagement agreement.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, scraping it for unlawful purposes, or using it to violate any law.
Third-party services and links
The Site uses third-party services (such as hosting, analytics, and form processing) and may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices.
Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The courts of Ontario will have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights in your jurisdiction.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
